Goals
The main goal of this international working conference is to begin the task of critically examining the existing cross-national research bases of both child and family client characteristics and service outcomes to identify future directions for enlightened public policy, effective service programming and improved empirical outcome research.
A closely related goal is to explore the latest in “evidence-based” approaches to effective child, youth & family interventions.
Target Participants
Practitioners, policy makers, managers, researchers and students. A variety of plenary and workshop sessions will be offered.
This will be an opportunity to bring together specialists, policy makers and practitioners from Europe (Belgium, Italy, France, United Kingdom, The Netherlands...) and extra-Europe (Australia, Canada, Israel, Usa...)
